Qualifying Times

How to load a meet's qualifying times into Swim Club Manager (SCM) and run a report of which swimmers have made them.

Importing qualifying times

When the conditions are out

To keep an eye on who has qualified, load the meet's qualifying times into SCM as a club qualifying set.

  1. Download the SCM qualifying times import template (Excel).
  2. Fill it in with the qualifying times from the conditions document.
  3. In SCM go to Setup > Club Qualifying Times and upload the template.

Running the qualifying report

Any time
  1. Go to Reports > Swim Times > Group Qualifying.
  2. Select all the groups to check: Academy Bronze, Silver and Gold, Development, Juniors and so on.
  3. Set the date of swim from. This is listed in the conditions document.
  4. Tick the licence levels for the meet (see the table below).
  5. Tick Include Only Licensed Times.
  6. Tick Allow Swim Time Conversions.
